Despite the challenges faces by Nigerian Students still there is hope for them to build better future if at all our institutions of learning are ready to equipped them with sustainable Education.

Education according to many schoolers means “a tool through which human being will be able to build better society and sustainable existence.”

It is really unfortunate that, our level of development and Education will not help us to discover more opportunities for building better society and sustainable youths development.

I was opportune to discussed with one of my friend from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology but the story was quite different compared to our Menace of study.

We discussed on the issue of sustainability of Education and the way to produce Student with good vision for building better society and able to provide more opportunities for themselves.

The challenges are beyond the Institutions of learning but it is an interdisciplinary challenges which need all the parts to tire their belt for achieving the goal of provision of sustainable Education.

The task isn’t we know how to read and write but the task is all about creativity and Innovation.

Our Institution of learning should make more emphasis on the Students creativity rather than paper based assessment.

We all laughed remembering how we suffered memorizing a definition or spending the whole night reading for test or examination but after all we aren’t able to remember what we memorized. Whereas a friend from same Jomo Kenyatta University Agricultural and Technology was able to make good use his creativity by application of Phytosanatation technique to help thousands of Farmers in Kenya to reduce the shortage of annual yield cause as result of diseases, weeds and other pest but here, we are battling with my B.Sc. certificate to look for better job.

I just glazed and said my Rafiki I hope it was Mzungu
that taught you.

But the Truth is that until we learn that hands-on experience is the best way to sustainable education.

Government, Institutions of learning and all concerned bodies should work together to make our future more brightest.
